For a couple that had recently relocated to the desirable neighborhood of Tanglewood in Houston, the goal was to create a sophisticated but relaxed home where they could entertain friends as well as their growing family.  The lush landscaping of the property offered the most inspiration for the interiors.  Greens, blues, natural fibers, and soft florals built the core of the design scheme.  Recovering and repurposing several existing family heirlooms brought new life to their personal collections and added depth and richness to their interiors.
